DOUBLE GIRDER EOT CRANES

	Motor:	Motors are of Crane duty SLIPRING/SQUIRELL CAGE for all motion and Sq. cage for VF Drive for C/T 40% CDF, IP - 55 enclo,Class B/F Ins., TEFC, of MARATHON/CGL/BB/KEC.
	Brake:	Electro Hydraulic Thruster Brake for all the motions of SUREKA would be provided. Hoist shall be provided with double brake.
	Gear Box:	Gear Boxes are totally enclosed Helical/Spur Gear, Splash Lub. suitable for crane application as per IS:4460 SUREKA Make.
	Girder:	Double girder, plate Box type fab. from tested plate, as per IS – 2062
	End Carriage:	Box type Fabricated from Plate/Section as per IS.
	Crab Trolly:	M.S.Fabricated, box type as per IS: 2062.
	Platform:	1 No span wise chequered platform with toe guard and hand railing at driving side and 2 short platform at trailing side shall be provided .
	Rope Drum:	Pipe/Rolled, Fabricated from M.S. plate, double flanged, Right/ Left hand Helical Grooved.
	Coupling:	Geared Flexible Coupling for output shaft and brake Drum for input shaft shall be provided of SUREKA make.
	Wheels:	Double Flanged, made of carbon steel, hardened to 250 - 275 BHN on tread fitted with Bearings on Wheels for Long travel.
	Limit Switches:	All motions will be provided with Limit Switches for over hoisting/ travelling in both directions. Rotary Spindle type for Hoisting and Snap action type for C.T. & L.T. of SUREKA/EMM makes.
	Electric Panel:	Panel will be located in the platform fitted with the components of BCH/ SIEMENS/L&T/GEC make and the panel will be of SUREKA make, dust and vermin proof.
	Wire Rope:	USHA MARTIN, Fiber Core, un galvanized, RHO lay, 6 x 36 const. rope will be used.
	VFD drive:	LGIS /ABB make, heavy duty for hoist application and normal rating for C/T and L/T motion VF Drive shall be supplied for all the motions with sq. cage motors.
	Painting:	Crane shall be supplied with one coat of Red Oxide primer. Two coats of Enamel Paints of reputed make shall be painted at site after erection.
